Oklahoma City Reptile Shows

the rules

  1. No venomous or altered animals of any kind.
  2. All animals must be healthy and legal to sell within the state and city. Exhibitors are responsible for knowing what is and is not legal. 
  3. Exhibitors will have access to the event facilities only during the times specified.
  4. Each exhibitor is expected to appropriately display their materials and watch their tables in order to prohibit shoplifting or theft from themselves and we also ask you help watch your neighbors. Thefts have been on the increase at events and we all need to do what we can. Oklahoma Reptile Events are not responsible for any theft before, during, or after each event.
  5. Each exhibitor is expected to create a display area in their space that is attractive to all. 
  6. Exhibitors who choose to remove animals from their enclosures or allow guests to handle their animals are responsible for maintaining control of the animals at all time. Each exhibitor is exclusively liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from handling of their live animals on the host facility premises.
  7. All animals must be properly caged or bagged. Contact show management for any questions. If Oklahoma Reptile Events staff find an escaped animal it will be donated to the raffle table which will benefit usark. Do us all a favor and don’t let it escape.
  8. There are no restrictions regarding sale of legal, wild-caught animals. We do not promote the sales of wild caught animals but will allow quality animals to be sold. We will have a licensed veterinarian on staff that will have final say over quality of animals both captive and wild caught. If the veterinary or event staff asks an animal to be removed it may be placed under your table but can not be offered for sale. There are several other places to sell garbage  so please take it there if you must sell it.
  9. Guests will be allowed to bring animals inside the event to trade or sell to vendors only. No guests may attempt to sell their items to any other guests inside or outside of the venue.
  10. Prepaid tables will be guaranteed tables for the show and you can choose your location from what is available at the time. If you choose to pay at the door you are NOT GUARANTEED a table!
  11. All vendors will make customers aware of sales terms, including any guarantee or return policy sale.
  12. No smoking inside showroom
  13. Failure to abide by any of these agreements can results in the

    Forfeiture of all fees paid and you can be forced to exit the show.

  14. No attaching any banners or anything to walls, floors or ceiling. Hotel policy
  15. All tables are 6 foot and $55.00 each buy 3 get 1 free. 
  16. Oklahoma Reptile Events reserves the right to change or add rules at any time so check back often.
